Julian is our 5 year old son whom before being born suffered a massive stroke, from this stroke he now has Spastic Quadriplegic Cerebral Palsy. Due to his diagnosis he lives with major spasticity in both legs, he is working very hard in therapy to help with this but it is a daily battle. We have the opportunity for him to get a Trexo, for those who aren’t familiar Trexo is a robotic gait trainer that allows the experience of ground walking by using robotic legs, keeping Julian active and strong. Giving him this experience will also promote awareness of his legs, create muscle and maybe allow for him to walk independently one day. As you could imagine with these new and advanced devices come big price tags, Trexo runs at $35,000.00 to own one. In the event we can’t fully fund it we do have the option to rent it for $1,000.00 monthly, which is why we decided to make this campaign and hopefully reach our goal in order to help Julian reach his life goals.
