Your friends, family & community can help you finance your CTOAM Precision Oncology Program.

Please read the following to understand the terms that you agree to when you register for your CTOAM Fundraising Campaign.  

You can use this crowdfunding platform to help finance the CTOAM Precision Oncology services that you purchase for yourself or someone you care about from CTOAM Inc. Family, friends, and other members of your social network can work together to collect the funds that you need. All funds are safely managed by CTOAM, with full transparency. 

The fundraising goal amount is determined by the cost of your CTOAM services. They may include: genetic testing; PET/CT; consultation services; research specialists; lab technicians; personalized research; test analysis; administrative tasks, facilitation, and coordination; and advocacy services. If/when a testing service is outsourced to another company, CTOAM will send the required funds directly to the company. (Note: CTOAM does not take any kickbacks from any of the testing facilities we work with, so as to remain completely unbiased and offer the lowest price possible to our clients.) 

If you do not reach your goal amount, you will still receive all funds raised to go towards the CTOAM services that you have purchased. The amount you raise will be taken off of your total bill amount. So there is no risk involved for you, nor the donors.

The funds raised through this Fundraising Campaign are to be used exclusively for your CTOAM services – i.e. anything that is included on the bill that you receive from us. The funds may not be used for anything else other than your CTOAM bill. (This includes other types of cancer care that you may also be pursuing.)

The purpose of this fundraising campaign is to provide cancer patients and their loved ones with an alternative form of financing for their CTOAM Precision Oncology services. 

If you, or the person who the campaign is for, are not able to continue using the CTOAM services that you originally signed up for (due to whatever reason: a change of mind, or becoming too sick to finish using them), then we will use any funds already raised to pay off the services that have already been performed by CTOAM, and any remaining funds will be transferred to our General Support Fund for other patients who hire us and need financial support. However, if your donors would prefer to instead receive their remaining money back, this is possible as well.

The goal of this CTOAM Crowdfunding Hub is to help cancer patients finance their CTOAM Precision Oncology services so they can have the very best chance of beating cancer as fast as possible.
